These terms cover your use of Athra at athra.mansoorr.me. By creating an account you agree to them.
Athra connects companies who want to sponsor posts with creators who write them. We are not a party to what you agree with a company beyond providing the marketplace, the tracked link and the payment mechanism.
You set your own price and you are never obliged to accept a brief. Declining one has no effect on how often you are offered work.
You write the post in your own words. A company can set required points and prohibited claims, and may give notes, but cannot rewrite your post for you. If you cannot post something honestly, decline it.
You must disclose paid posts. Every sponsored post must be clearly marked as paid. This is not optional and it is not ours to waive — undisclosed paid promotion is unlawful in most markets, and the liability falls on you as well as the advertiser.
You pay per published post at the price the creator set. Funds are held until the post is live, carries the disclosure and tracked link, and stays up for the agreed period. If the post never publishes, you are refunded in full.
Creators are paid after delivery is verified. We will always state the fee before you book or accept anything. Athra is currently pre-launch; no payments are being processed yet.
We may suspend an account that does any of these.
Athra is early and provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, that you will receive briefs, or that a campaign will perform. Nothing here is a promise of income.
You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms. Obligations for work already agreed survive.
If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page and update the date above.
